When you get a full refund
1. Checklist and Reviewed check: full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of payment and the check has not started.
2. Full refund if your reviewed report is later than 24 hours after you send your documents for review.
When there is no refund
There is no refund because a visa is refused: we check completeness and dates, and the Thai mission decides.
The free re-check
The Reviewed check includes one free re-check: send the corrected documents within 30 days of your report. A re-check you started stays open for 14 days more. The re-check is not a refund.
How to ask
Write to support@tdac.info with your order number (it starts with VP-). We refund through PayPal to the card or account you paid with, including the VAT.
