Who we are
The pre-check is sold by TDAC Digital Services, 22 St Mary's Close, Lowdham, Nottingham NG14 7FJ, United Kingdom. Contact: support@tdac.info. visa.tdac.info is not the Thai government and is not part of Thai Immigration or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
What you buy
Checklist: a personal list of documents built from your answers, with the refusal risks and, for the DTV, the police-certificate steps for your country. You get it on your order page, as a PDF and by e-mail when the payment is confirmed.
Reviewed check: the checklist, then we read the documents you upload, compare them with the rules and send you a report approved by a person within 6 hours of the time you send your documents for review.
The Reviewed check includes one free re-check: send the corrected documents within 30 days of your report. A re-check you started stays open for 14 days more. The re-check is not a refund.
What we do not do
We do not submit your application and we do not promise approval: the Thai mission decides. We do not provide, lend or arrange funds. This is not legal advice. We never ask for your e-Visa password and we never take the government visa fee.
Prices and payment
DTV Checklist $29, DTV Reviewed check $49. Tourist Checklist $19, Tourist Reviewed check $35. The upgrade from the Checklist to the Reviewed check costs the difference ($20 for the DTV, $16 for the tourist e-Visa).
All prices are in US dollars without VAT. 20 % VAT is added at checkout and shown before you pay. You pay by card or PayPal through PayPal.
How the check works
An AI model (Anthropic) reads your documents and software compares them with the rules. A person reviews and approves every report before you get it.
Your part
Give true answers and upload documents that belong to you or that you may share. The rules are those in force on the checked date shown on your checklist; they can change after that date.
Refunds
Checklist and Reviewed check: full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of payment and the check has not started.
Full refund if your reviewed report is later than 24 hours after you send your documents for review.
There is no refund because a visa is refused: we check completeness and dates, and the Thai mission decides.

Liability
Our liability is limited to the price you paid, except where the law does not allow this limit.
